How much time does it take to transcribe a conference call?

We can turnaround the audio transcripts within 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours. You can chose the turnaround at the time of placing the order. 

How much does conference call transcription cost?

The prices vary from $1.75/minute of length of audio if the transcripts are needed back within 24 hours of sending us the files. The cheapest rates are at $1.10/minute in which we send back the files in 72 hours. 

Are there any limitations that I should be aware of?

We highly recommend our clients to send us clean, noise free recordings as possible. This really helps us our team of transcriptionists to deliver back great and accurate work. 

What are the pricing options?

What level of accuracy can I expect?

We strive for 99.50 percent or accuracy. If the audio quality of the conference calls is excellent we can deliver high quality transcripts with accuracy in typing of 99.75 percent.

In what format will I receive the transcripts?

We can submit the transcripts in word doc file or as a PDF. If there is any other format that you wish us to follow, let us know in advance. We will probably be able to do that as well. 

I need the transcripts back urgently. Can you help with that?

Definitely. Our fastest turnaround time is 24 hours, however on special requests we can deliver back transcripts in 12 hours. The best part is we don’t charge extra for super fast turnarounds. However it would be great if you could intimate us of the event i.e. the time and date when you are planning to send us the file for transcription beforehand. This will help us to manage the work and delivering the work on time.

Can I see a sample of your work first before placing an order?

How do you take payments?

We accept payments via PayPal, Debit Card and all major international credit cards, International Bank Wire Transfers. 

Is there anything else you can transcribe besides conference calls?

We can transcribe any type of a speech being spoken in a video or an audio. The speech should be in English language. Our other services include captioning services(both closed and open), subtitling services and document typing services. 

Can you transcribe wav files?

Yes. We can take wav, mp3, wma, mp4 etc. 

How do I send the files over to you for transcription?

We'll provide you with the link to our Dropbox file where you will be able to upload files directly. 

Can you identify individual speakers on the concall?

Yes we can. There are no extra charges for the same. 

Can you transcribe WebEx?

Yes. We can also transcribe Skype concalls, YouTube seminars etc.
